You wake up one morning and you can't breathe. You get out of bed, you get dressed, eat breakfast, drive to work, give away 8 hours, drive home, then go to bed, only to repeat this cycle all over again.
So, let's get a little personal for a second. Far back as I can remember, I can pull a silver lining from every "negative" life event I have ever dealt with. I am a afraid of heights. Seriously, they literally scare the breath out of me. My hands sweat, my body tingles, and the world starts to spin (aka the last thing you want to happen while you're high above the ground).
